Poster Submission Portal Instructions
Important Date to Remember: Wednesday, October 4
• For in-person presenters in Chicago, to ensure equity and inclusion and provide access to poster content for Annual Meeting attendees who are unable to attend in person, all in-person Late-Breaker Abstract poster presenters are expected to upload a digital file of their poster for On-Demand viewing in the ePoster Hall Gallery by Wednesday, October 4. In addition, bring your printed poster to the Annual Meeting to present in the Poster Hall in Chicago.
• If you cannot attend the Annual Meeting in person, submit a digital file of your poster for the ePoster Hall Gallery by Wednesday, October 4.
Presentation Schedule
Approximately three weeks before the Annual Meeting, we will send final schedule assignments (presentation date and time), along with a new abstract presentation number.
Attending the meeting in person in Chicago?
To ensure equity and inclusion and provide access to poster content for Annual Meeting attendees who are unable to attend in person, all in-person Late-Breaker Abstract poster presenters are expected to upload a digital file (pdf) of their poster by Wednesday, October 4 for On-Demand viewing in the ePoster Hall Gallery.
If you are unable to attend the meeting in person….
Poster presenters who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting in person can upload a digital ePoster (pdf file) for On-Demand viewing in the ePoster Hall Gallery. The ePoster Hall Gallery will feature a Chat function (typed messages into a Chat box) whereby presenters and attendees can communicate when their schedules permit. As such, most chats will take place on an asynchronous basis rather than in real time.
In addition, digital poster presenters have the option of submitting an audio file (.mp3 file) with a maximum of a 3-minute narration to accompany the ePoster pdf file.
A Livestream Registration option is available for those who cannot attend in person in Chicago. The Livestream Registration package will feature access to approximately 20 sessions, as well as the ePoster Hall Gallery where digital posters can be viewed on an On-Demand basis.
All Poster Presenters:
Submit your digital poster to the Poster Submission Portal for the ePoster Hall Gallery
Between September 27 and October 2, you will receive a link to upload your digital poster as a .pdf (PDF) file to the Poster Submission Portal, as well as the optional audio narration (.mp3). You will be required to provide your Registration Order Number in order to submit your digital poster. The Registration Order Number can be found on the confirmation letter that you receive once you register.
While there is not a size limit for the .pdf file of your digital poster for the ePoster Hall Gallery, please note that the larger the file, the greater the amount of time required for download when an attendee accesses your digital poster presentation.
If you no longer plan to prepare an abstract presentation…
If circumstances have changed and you no longer plan to prepare a presentation for this abstract, please notify Judy DeAcetis immediately at [email protected].
Register for the Annual Meeting
Poster presenters must pay the registration fee in order to upload a digital poster to be included in the ePoster Hall Gallery. You will be required to provide your Registration Order Number in order to submit your poster.
The registration fee is separate from the abstract submission fee.
If you plan to attend the meeting in person…
• You can register on site at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
If you are unable to attend in person…
• You can register for the Livestream Registration option. This registration option will provide access to approximately 20 livestreamed sessions and the ePoster Hall Gallery.
A reminder for ALL poster presenters…Submit your digital poster to the Poster Submission Portal by Wednesday, October 4:
• A Registration Order ID Number will be required in order to submit a digital poster to the Poster Submission Portal.
• The Registration Order ID Number can be found on the registration confirmation letter.
