Annual Meeting registration is open early this year—very early! This year's meeting is the first outside of the United States, so we want to ensure attendees have ample time to apply for visas.

We Improved the Registration Process
We made it easier to register and plan your trip. Here's how:

1. Register for the Annual Meeting:

  • Log in by clicking here
  • Once logged in, click Register for an Event in the left-hand column. Then click on Upcoming Events. Select the 2025 Annual Meeting.
  • Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

2. Book Your Stay:

  • Choose from our list of carefully selected hotels, offering the best rates for attendees.
  • After registration, your confirmation email will include a list of our partner hotels with special rates for the event.

3. Create an Invitation Letter:

  • Need a visa or travel letter? Your registration confirmation will include a link and password to generate a professional invitation letter for visa or travel purposes. You can download it right after creating the letter. Be sure your passport is up to date. Apply for your visa early to avoid delays.

Additional fee applies. Continuing Education Credits can be purchased at the meeting. (Be sure to have your
ABIM number readily available. You will be required to add it during registration).

ASTMH Members Save Over $300 on Rates Compared with Non-Members
