ASTMH members receive the lowest registration rates.
Group Registration
To register multiple individuals, all registrants must have an ASTMH account and be linked to the same organization in the ASTMH system. The person completing the group registration must also be connected to that organization in order to view and select the individuals they are registering.
Anyone who does not already have an ASTMH account will need to create one and complete the required profile information before they can be registered. Once the account has been created, the individual must also be linked to the same organization.

Invitation Letter for Visa Purposes
Attendees who require an official invitation letter for visa support may request one through our online form.
ASTMH provides invitation letters for visa support purposes only. We cannot guarantee visa approval or influence embassy decisions.
Registration Policies
Invoice Payment and Early Rate Deadline Policy
Invoices requested during the Early Registration period must be paid in full by September 29 in order to receive the Early Registration rate. If payment is not received by September 29, the original invoice will be canceled and a new invoice will be issued at the applicable Standard Registration rate. Requesting an invoice does not guarantee or hold the Early Registration rate beyond the posted deadline.
Cancelation Policy
Cancelation requests must be submitted in writing to info@astmh.org and are subject to a $125 processing fee. No refunds will be accepted after November 20, 2026.
