2025 Meeting Registration is Open

Annual Meeting registration is open early this year—very early! This year's meeting is the first outside of the United States, so we want to ensure attendees have ample time to apply for visas.

We Improved the Registration Process
We made it easier to register and plan your trip. Here's how:

1. Register for the Annual Meeting:

Log in by clicking here
Once logged in, click Register for an Event in the left-hand column. Then click on Upcoming Events. Select the 2025 Annual Meeting.
Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

2. Book Your Stay:

After you register, your confirmation email will include a list of our partner hotels with special rates for the event.
Choose from among our carefully selected hotels, offering the best rates for attendees.

3. Create an Invitation Letter:

Need a visa or travel letter? The Government of Canada requires that you register for the ASTMH 2025 Annual Meeting before we can provide a letter of invitation for visa purposes. A link to an invitation letter will be included in your confirmation email, along with a specific Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Citizenship Canada-issued special event code that you will need to apply for your visa.

Continuing Education Credits

Additional fee applies. Continuing Education Credits can be purchased at the meeting. (Be sure to have your American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) ID number readily available. You will be required to add your ABIM ID number and date of birth during registration).

• ASTMH members must renew their membership for the 2025-2026 year to be eligible for discounted Annual Meeting registration. Renew early to ensure you can take advantage of the discount.

Communications Professionals
ASTMH offers complimentary registration to communications professionals working in tropical medicine/global health who will be blogging, tweeting, and otherwise posting updates from the Annual Meeting.
