If you are unable to attend the meeting in person….

Poster presenters who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting in person can upload a digital ePoster (pdf file) for On-Demand viewing in the ePoster Hall Gallery. The ePoster Hall Gallery will feature a Chat function (typed messages into a Chat box) whereby presenters and attendees can communicate when their schedules permit. As such, most chats will take place on an asynchronous basis rather than in real time.

In addition, poster presenters have the option of submitting an audio file (.mp3 file) with a maximum of a 3-minute narration to accompany the ePoster pdf file.

A Livestream Portal registration option is available here for those who cannot attend in person in Chicago. The Livestream Portal registration package will feature access to approximately 20 sessions, as well as the ePoster Hall Gallery where digital posters can be viewed on an On-Demand basis.

Attending the meeting in person?

If you plan to attend the meeting in person at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, In-Person Poster Presentation Instructions with specifications for preparing your printed poster are available here. You must bring a printed poster to hang on a Poster Board in the Poster Hall.

To ensure equity and inclusion and provide access to poster content for Annual Meeting attendees who are unable to attend in person, all in-person poster presenters are expected to upload a digital file (pdf) of their poster by Wednesday, September 27 for On-Demand viewing in the ePoster Hall Gallery. Register for the Annual Meeting

Poster presenters must pay the registration fee in order to upload a digital poster to be included in the ePoster Hall Gallery. You will be required to provide your Registration Order Number in order to submit your poster.

The registration fee is separate from the abstract submission fee.
